Dionne Baker is a seasoned HR professional with over two decades of experience driving strategic human resources initiatives across manufacturing, healthcare, and corporate environments. Her expertise spans Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, Health Insurance, Leaves of Absence, Disability Management, Workers Compensation, HR Reporting, and Project Implementation. Dionne is known for her ability to align HR practices with organizational goals, fostering cultures of inclusion, wellness, and continuous improvement.
Currently serving as Senior People Partner at Technimark, LLC, Dionne leads HR operations for a 400-employee manufacturing site, mentors fellow People Partners, and champions employee engagement through wellness programs, recognition initiatives, and DE&I leadership. She proudly sponsors the African American Employee Resource Group and plays a pivotal role in shaping inclusive workplace policies.
Her career includes impactful roles at Engineered Controls International, Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, ADP, and Volvo Trucks, where she led benefit implementations, managed shared services operations, and supported large-scale HRIS transitions. Dionne’s collaborative style, conflict resolution skills, and commitment to excellence have earned her a reputation for building strong relationships with employees, managers, and vendors alike.
She holds a BA in Sociology from North Carolina A&T State University and has completed certifications in Conflict Resolution, Situational Leadership II, OSHA 10, and DE&I. Dionne is also highly proficient in platforms such as UKG, PeopleSoft, ADP Workforce Now, and Applaud.
