Sheila Cash is a proud daughter of rural North Carolina whose life reflects a deep love for the great outdoors, health, wellness, and music. Inspired by the beauty of flowers, the Carolina blue sky, and the changing seasons, Sheila finds joy in nature’s rhythm and carries that appreciation into her daily life. She believes strongly in the principle that “each one should reach one and teach one is our God-given requirement” and lives by the motto that “service is the rent we pay for the space we occupy.”

Sheila takes great pleasure in church, family, and community activities, embodying the values of faith, service, and connection. A graduate of North Carolina A&T State University with a degree in Chemistry, her professional career spans the Tobacco, Food, Pharmaceutical, and Cosmetic industries, where she has excelled in quality control and quality assurance. Her expertise reflects both scientific rigor and a commitment to excellence.

Sheila joined the Triad NANBPWC after being inspired by the vision of her colleague and friend, Hope Hayes, to establish a local chapter that uplifts professional business women and fosters community empowerment. With deep respect for this mission, Sheila brings her own passion for service, mentorship, and legacy-building.

Her focus within the organization is to serve as a generational youth legacy builder, enhancing the lives of youth and young adults by imparting wisdom, knowledge, and guidance. As a mentor and educator, Sheila is committed to being a catalyst for change, ensuring that future generations are equipped to thrive in their communities and the world.
