Hope Hayes is the Founder and Director of Sagacious, Inc.: Back on Track, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals to reestablish their footing in education, career advancement, and entrepreneurship. With over three decades of progressive leadership experience in business management, operations, and community engagement, Ms. Hayes brings a seasoned and strategic perspective to every initiative she leads.

Ms. Hayes holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Her career trajectory reflects a commitment to excellence and service, beginning in food service management and evolving into high-impact leadership roles, including General Manager at McDonald's and Food Service Director for organizations such as SSP America and ABL Management. Her tenure across these roles has been marked by operational efficiency, team development, and client satisfaction.

Since 2017, through Sagacious, Inc., Ms. Hayes has championed programs that bridge educational and economic gaps. In tandem with her nonprofit work, she serves as a Business and Marketing Consultant at B2B Economix, where she advises companies on strategic planning, market research, and brand positioning. Her skills span project management, marketing, data analysis, public speaking, and conflict resolution—making her a trusted advisor across sectors.

Ms. Hayes’s dedication extends beyond her professional pursuits. She is an active member of the National Society of Leadership and Success and currently serves in a leadership capacity with the Triad chapter of NANBPWC, where she supports members in growing their businesses and careers. Her passion for community development is further evidenced by her volunteer work with local nonprofits, contributing to food drives, voter registration efforts, and tutoring programs.
