Background:

With over 35 years of experience in Facilities Management and executive leadership, I began my journey in higher education as a housekeeper and rose through the ranks to become an executive director. I earned my Doctorate in Education (EdD), and my career spans leadership in operations, higher education administration, and consulting. I am deeply committed to mentoring and developing inclusive leadership pipelines.

Goals / What I’m Passionate About:

I am passionate about empowering underrepresented communities—particularly Black women—to thrive in leadership roles, build generational wealth, and challenge systems that marginalize them. My teaching, consulting, and nonprofit work are rooted in helping others lead with purpose, equity, and vision.

A Personal Touch:

I have a strong social media presence where I share insights on leadership, advocacy, and wellness. I am a frequent keynote speaker and presenter at conferences, leadership forums, and academic symposiums.

Outside of work, I enjoy cycling, strength training, golfing and exploring holistic wellness and spending time with my family.
