May is Mental Health Awareness Month

A few things to reflect on:

  • Self-Discovery is Unfolding: a moment-by-moment reconnection with who you truly are beneath societal masks.

  • Masks Come from Survival:  We often wear them unconsciously due to childhood wounds or social pressure – but we can outgrow them.

  • Your Compass is Within:  Whether you call it intuition or higher guidance – developing a relationship with the inner compass brings peace and direction.

  • Slowing Down Opens Insight: Practices like journaling, breathwork, stillness and gratitude help bypass mental noise.

  • Authenticity May Stir Others: Some people may resist your truth but your courage to be real gives others permission to do the same.

  • Community Strengthens Integration: Sharing reflections and hearing others’ journeys builds collective healing and deeper understanding.
